Elected to Board of Govt Info Processing Assn

West Bend, WI – Washington County is pleased to announce that Dawn Sericati, who has been with the county’s Information Technology department for more than 25 years, was appointed to a board position with the Governmental Information Processing Association of Wisconsin (GIPAW).

“As the county’s current assistant IT director, I enjoy creating IT solutions and innovation that allows our employees to provide services to Washington County residents without technical barriers,” said Sericati. “I look forward to sharing my experiences and knowledge with other members of the GIPAW board and its membership.”

GIPAW unites technology professionals throughout the state of Wisconsin to foster collaborative work relationships. Its purpose includes providing leadership in facilitating the exchange of information and experience among organization members for benefits of information processing management field. Sericati received her Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Administration at Concordia University in Mequon, Wis.
