The Samaritan Campus is committed to providing a wide array of residential and health care services that preserve the dignity, independence, and individual choices of our Washington County citizens whom we serve

WHO WE ARE

Samaritan Campus became what it is today to serve the needs of Washington County citizens as they age and have health, housing and rehabilitation needs.

Our roots date back over 100 years – and we continue to grow in service through quality of life and quality of care.

Our campus consists of three separate licenses programs:

  • a skilled nursing facility (SNF)
  • an assisted living Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF)
  • a supportive living, apartment style Residential Care Apartment Complex (RCAC).

Through our values of COMPASSION, WELLNESS and COMMUNITY our staff strives to make a positive difference in Samaritan Campus became what it is today to serve the needs of Washington County citizens as they age and have health, housing and rehabilitation needs.

Skilled Nursing

Samaritan Health Center, a part of the Samaritan Campus continuum, is a licensed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).  Through a dedicated team of staff; specially trained in the medical, psycho-social and rehab needs of residents; 24-hour care is provided based on individualized needs. Assisted Living - CBRF

Assisted living is meant for a person who can generally live independently, but needs some assistance with some basic functions.  Typically, when someone refers to assisted living, they are talking about a Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF).  Click here to learn more about our CBRF.

Independent Living - RCAC

Generally, those seeking the RCAC setting look to “age in place”.   RCAC regulations allow for receiving up to 28 hours of care per week.  This can include both professional nursing as well as resident assistant and certified nursing assistant (CNA) care.  Click here to learn more about our assisted living apartments.
