County Clerk’s Office Announces

“I Voted” Sticker Contest for Washington County Students

West, Bend, WI – The Washington County Clerk’s Office is continuing its efforts to strengthen community engagement in the election process and is inviting students to help design the official “I Voted” sticker for the 2026 General Election.  The 2024 contest drew hundreds of entries from students across the county. The top four designs, created by Washington County students in grades K-12, will be printed and distributed to voters during the November 3, 2026 General Election.  In addition to being featured on Election Day, these designs will help promote civic engagement throughout the following year.

County Clerk Ashley Reichert encourages the community to share this opportunity with area students.  “We’re always looking for ways to make elections more engaging, especially for the next generation.

This contest gives students the opportunity to be creative, be part of the process, and have their design shared with voters across the entire community on Election Day.”

Attached are the specific details regarding this exciting opportunity.  Submissions will be accepted from April 10 through May 31, 2026 by visiting www.washcowisco.gov/ivotedsticker.  The top selected designs will be posted online for public voting throughout the month of July.  Four winners, one from each age range (K5-2, 3-5, 6-8, 9-12), will then be publicly announced on August 4, 2026.
