The Washington County Sheriff’s Office is releasing the following information pursuant to WI Statute 301.46(2m) which authorizes law enforcement agencies to inform the public of a sex offender’s release when, in the discretion of the agency, the release of information will enhance public safety, awareness and protection. The individual who appears on this notification has been convicted of a sex offense.
Ryan G. Whitehead will be released from prison on Oct. 7th, 2025. After his release he will reside at 4619 Grouse Circle in the Village of Richfield. In 2022 Ryan G. Whitehead was convicted of 2 counts of Possession of Child Pornography. Ryan G. Whitehead will be on probation until Oct. 10th, 2030. He will be monitored closely by WI-DOC Division of Community Corrections. Ryan G. Whitehead will have numerous rules and restrictions to follow.
This sex offender has served the prison sentence imposed on him by the courts. He is NOT wanted by law enforcement. This notification is not intended to increase fear, but rather it is our belief that an informed public is a safer public.
