Homestead Hollow

Homestead Hollow County Park opened in 1978 and is approximately 105 acres. This consists of prairies, open grass fields, and forest. The park is located in the village of Germantown at N120W19809 Freistadt Rd, Germantown, WI 53022. The park has the dog park Homestead Howls, several enclosed rentable shelters, paved and dirt trails, and a rentable barn hall which finished remodeling in the summer of 2020.

This land was originally a farmstead which can be easily seen in the barns that still stand. The park has a fishing pond that converts to an ice skating pond in the winter. A prairie has been restored which creates a colorful seasonal display. The park also contains large open grass fields which contain soccer nets available for use.
